Class Descriptions

Classic Barre  


Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.


A fantastically fun mat work practice. This class is designed with the babes in mind (but the dudes are welcome) with low resistance weights and high repetitive rhythmic work. Balance, mobility, coordination and stamina will all be challenged. 


 Group training on athletic rebounders (trampolines).  We offer many classes integrating other methods with rebounder training. If you see “Bounce” in any variety, rebounders are involved.  Reb  


Classic Western strength and endurance training with modern design.  From suspension trainers and hand weights to kettle bells, and bodyweight, the target is simple: get stronger, live better.


Alternating between your max effort and short rest periods you will effectively and efficiently torch fat, build muscle and stamina. Interval /circuit training is integrated into several other classes such as Bounce, Barre, and Whimsy.  These methods are battle tested and proven to tone and strengthen.


Dealers choice in these classes. We have a fantastic group of trainers with decades of experience among us.  Body Burn is whatever the instructor designs.  No matter the format, our team is fully capable of offering modifications for all levels.    


 A tried and true training method to develop stamina, coordination, and a can do attitude.  Whether getting out your frustrations of the day or polishing up a nasty jab to side kick combo, you don’t have to be an MMA fighter to enjoy the fantastic benefits.  

Beach Bootcamps 

 Ready to put your fitness to the test in the great outdoors?  We offer beach bootcamps throughout the summer season that will build your conditioning to new heights.  There is no way to replicate the challenge of training on sand save for getting out there and charging it.  Find out how (some) locals and lifeguards get  in the best shape of their lives, by training on the beach.
