Class Descriptions

Classic Barre 

In our BarreBounce class we use individual mini trampolines and alternate between cardio burst, Barre and Strength moves on the trampoline. This class is so much fun! It takes barre to a whole other level.

BarreFusion 

This Class is a Fusion of Barre, Strength and Mobility movement. Every week the props and focus changes but you always get a good all over BodyBurn.

BodyBurn/Wildcard 

This is a pop-up wildcard class so  it could be HIIT, Strength, Sculpt, Barre, or something totally different depending on the instructor. The format is usually confirmed the week of. The variety will always be changing but you will leave a sweaty mess.

BOSU/ Pilates 

This class combines traditional and not so traditional Pilates exercises and weights with the instability of the BOSU to improve core strength, balance, and stability. This is a great class for all ages and levels. Consistency is key to becoming better and more comfortable on the Bosu, so the more you come the better you get!

Bounce Wildcard / Sir Bounce A Lot / Warrior Bounce

This is such a fun class! What to expect? A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines cardiovascular exercise on Rebounders with targeted strength training with weights on/off the rebounder. 

BodyBurn Step

Come and Join us for old school step with good tunes and heart thumping cardio! 

Circuits 

In this class we will be moving between various stations, each featuring a different exercise, for a set amount of time with minimal rest. These classes combine strength training and cardio to provide a full-body workout that builds muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Full Body Tone 

This is a full body workout with a focus on building Strength through functional, traditional (and some not so traditional) movements, using own-bodyweight and weights.

Kickboxing

Sweat the stress out with Becky for a fun class with a combo of kickboxing elements, strength and awesome music.

LIIT

This interval class will keep you burning for 45 minutes and well into the day. It’s a great low impact workout and will increase your core strength. 

MorningMashup 

This is a mashup of Strength and small burst of cardio working your upper and lower body and of course your Abs!

PowerStrength

Get ready for a warm strength class. This 50 min class will incorporate strength and core work all while in a warm room. It will be done in intervals and will leave you feeling completely worked and toned.

Strength & Abs

Full body focused workout using a variety of weights and props, such as steps.

Sculpt & Burn

Feel the burn with a combo of Barre and Sculpting moves. Class will vary slightly week-to-week using equipment such as bands, sliders, chair, etc.

Strength & Sculpt 

Join Katie for this hour class using smaller weights and higher reps to tone the body! It will be a full body class hitting upper, lower and core. Always set to a fun playlist you will fall in love with Killer Katie’s workout!

WhimsyWarrior 

A Cult favorite here at the studio, This class is designed with the babes in mind (but the dudes are welcome) with low resistance weights and high repetitive rhythmic work. This is a warm class so be ready to sweat! Balance, mobility coordination and stamina will be developed. Come join Kelly in this fun filled, booty burning, sweatfest!
